Why I Started Confident Recruitment

Recruiting Executive + Founder
I’m a mom, a wife, and a recruiter who found my calling in the restoration industry.
After starting my career in agency recruiting, I transitioned into executive recruiting with a national restoration company, supporting hiring across sales, operations, and leadership roles. Over the past decade, I’ve worked on both sides of recruiting — agency and internal — giving me a deep understanding of what strong hiring partnership should actually look like.
For more than six years, I’ve helped restoration companies scale teams, expand into new markets, support urgent hiring during CAT events, and make strategic leadership hires that drive long-term growth.
Through an HR rotation and earning my PHR certification, I also gained a broader understanding of the hiring process from the internal side — not just recruiting, but the realities HR teams face every day.
I launched Confident Recruitment in 2026 to bring a more strategic, high-touch approach to hiring in the restoration industry — one built on communication, partnership, and long-term impact.
